Not a dance class. Not just a talk.

The world is shifting, and organizations need to implement change faster every day. But conventional approaches—such as planning, pushing, and control—no longer work. Instead, leaders need to anticipate the unknown, be adaptable to the unexpected, and move people in synchrony — just like a dancer.

Drawing on her 20 years of international experience as a corporate leader, as well as her background in flamenco, Ana Lucia shares the art and science of leading with rhythm, harmony, and authenticity.

During this keynote, you will:

hear real-life examples of applying the energy of flamenco to business

learn how to be a leader who is trusted, and who is remembered

understand the true power that leading with rhythm can unlock in you as a leader

Topics covered in this keynote include

Leading organisations through transformational change

The science of decision-making with mind and body

The role of rhythm and synchrony
in leadership

Leading with vulnerability and authenticity
